我国冰上运动后备人才“体教互补”培养模式探析

摘  要:构建良好的人才培养体系,建立坚实的后备人才基础,是推动我国冰上运动不断发展的关键。但是目前我国冰上运动在后备人才培养方面存在着教学与训练相互脱节的情况,而要想扭转这一现状,构建"体教互补"的人才培养模式则是一个重要思路。该文从目前我国冰上运动后备人才培养问题出发,探究"体教互补"模式构建的优势,以及具体的实践策略,以期对促进我国冰上运动的良性发展提供借鉴。Building a good talent training system and establishing a solid reserve talent base is the key to promote the continuous development of China's ice movement. But at present there is a disconnection between teaching and training in the training of reserve talents in the ice sports in our country, and to reverse this situation, it is an important idea to construct the training mode of "complementary education". Based on the training of reserve talents for ice sports in our country, this paper explores the advantages of the construction of "complementary teaching" model and the concrete practical strategies, so as to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of ice sports in our country.
