摘　　要：目的评估针刺对慢性偏头痛的预防性治疗的疗效。方法 40名慢性偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组20例采用针刺治疗,对照组20例采用氟桂利嗪治疗,观察治疗4周后及治疗完成后4周时中度以上头痛发作天数及头痛持续时间。结果两组治疗后中度以上头痛天数较本组治疗前减少,两组治疗后头痛持续时间明显降低,且针刺组优于西药组,差异具有统计学意义;在随访4周中,两组治疗后中度以上头痛天数较本组治疗前仍减少,且针刺组优于西药组。结论针刺治疗对慢性偏头痛患者头痛持续时间有明显改善,并且有一定的预防作用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture in prophylactic treatment of chronic migraine.Methods A total of40 patients of chronic migraine were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the treatment group,acupuncture was used.In the control group,flunarizine was prescribed.Separately,after4-week treatment and4 weeks after the end of treatment session,the attack days and persistent time of headache of the moderate degree or over it were observed.Results After treatment,the days of headache of the moderate degree or over were reduced versus before treatment.The persistent time of headache was reduced obviously in the two groups and the result in the acupuncture group western medication group,indicating the significant differences.In4-week follow up,the days of headache of the moderate degree or over were reduced versus before treatment and the result in the acupuncture group was better than the western medication.Conclusion Acupuncture obviously reduces the persistent time of headache in the patients with chronic migraine,indicating the preventive effect.
