摘 要:目的探讨津力达颗粒对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月~2018年3月我院收治的73例冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(43例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,同时根据患者血糖情况采用口服降糖药或胰岛素治疗。观察组在上述治疗基础上加用津力达颗粒。比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖水平及血管内皮功能指标水平:血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、ET-1水平均低于治疗前,VEGF、NO水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、ET-1水平均低于对照组,VEGF、NO水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论津力达颗粒可有效协同西药降低患者的血糖水平,改善患者的血管内皮功能,有效改善冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者病情的发生发展。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinlida Granule on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 73 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with routine western medicine and oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin according to blood sugar,the observation group was treated with Jinlida Granule on the basis of the above treatment.The levels of fasting blood glucose and vascular endothelial function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups:vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO).Results The levels of fasting blood sugar and ET-1 after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and nitric oxide were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood sugar and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and nitric oxide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinlida Granule can effectively cooperate with western medicine to reduce blood sugar level,improve vascular endothelial function,and effectively improve the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
