摘　　要：目的探讨超重/肥胖人群生物样本库的建立及相关数据信息管理的方法。方法集中采集受检者样本,专人及时离心、分装、编码,将处理好的样本采用样本库冻存管理软件,对样本实行条码扫描并对样本捐献者的基本信息、检测结果、问卷内容等进行规范化的录入,定期随机抽取样本,进行RNA的提取及鉴定。结果共收集样本11 530份,其中血清样本2 902份,红细胞2 902份,血浆1 451份,尿4 176份,粪99份,送检79份样本,77份样本首次抽提RNA浓度高于15 ng/μL,成功率为97.47%,达到建库测序标准。结论初步建立了超重/肥胖人群生物样本库,对样本进行质量控制及信息化管理,为进一步研究超重/肥胖人群的发病机制及防止方法提供生物样本依据。Objective To study the measures for establishing the biobank of overweight/obese population samples and information management of related data about samples.Methods Centralized collection of the samples of the examinant,special personnel timely centrifugation,packaging,coding,the processed samples will be used in the sample bank freeze management software,the samples were scanned by barcode and the basic information of the sample donors,test results and questionnaire contents were input in a standardized way,regular random samples were taken for RNA extraction and identification.Results A total of 11 530 samples were collected,including 2 902 serum samples,2 902 erythrocytes,1 451 plasma samples,4 176 urine samples,99 feces samples,79 samples,77 samples were first extracted with RNA concentration higher than 15 ng/μL,the success rate was 97.47%,meeting the library sequencing standard.Conclusion A biobank for overweight/obese population is established,and the quality control and information management are formulated for samples,which provides biological sample basis for further study on the pathogenesis and prevention of overweight/obesity.
