腮腺良恶性肿瘤的CT影像学表现及鉴别价值

摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺良恶性肿瘤的CT影像学表现及鉴别价值。方法回顾性分析本院在2017年4月—2018年4月因腮腺肿瘤入院的96例患者,对其CT影像学特征进行分析。结果研究共选取96例患者,腮腺良性肿瘤患者51例,病灶59个;腮腺恶性肿瘤患者45例,病灶45个。由结果可知腮腺良性肿瘤患者与恶性肿瘤患者在病灶部位、形态、边界、密度以及强化程度等方面,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过比较可以发现,腮腺恶性肿瘤的形态多呈不规则性,边界不清晰,大都呈浸润性生长,强化程度明显;反之可以诊断为腮腺良性肿瘤。Objective To explore the CT imaging manifestations and differential value of benign and malignant tumors of the parotid gland.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 96 patients admitted to our hospital for parotid gland tumors from April 2017 to April 2018.The CT imaging features were analyzed.Results A total of 96 patients were selected,including 51 patients with benign parotid tumors and 59 lesions,45 patients with malignant parotid tumors and 45 lesions.The results showed that there were significant differences between benign parotid gland tumors and malignant tumors in lesion site,morphology,boundary,density,cystic change,lymph node enlargement and degree of enhancement,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through comparison,it can be found that the morphology of malignant tumors of the parotid gland is mostly irregular with unclear boundaries,and most of them are invasive growth with obvious enhancement degree,irregular necrotic cystic degeneration and cervical lymph node enlargement,conversely can diagnose benign tumour of parotid gland.
