摘　　要：目的观察韩氏穴位神经刺激仪对不孕症子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法 93例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分成HANS组(n=28)、对照组(n=37)与空白组(n=28)。所有患者均采用克罗米芬5天方案促排卵,比较各组HCG日子宫内膜血流参数值搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期与舒张期速度比值(S/D),内膜厚度、类型及妊娠率。结果 (1)HANS组PI、RI、S/D值均小于对照组和空白组,对照组小于空白组(P<0.05);(2)HANS组、对照组内膜厚度均大于空白组(P <0.05);(3)HANS组子宫内膜A型率,妊娠率均大于对照组和空白组(P <0.05);对照组均大于空白组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);(4)妊娠组PI、RI、S/D值小于未妊娠组(P <0.05),A型率(73.33%)大于未妊娠组(44.87%)(P <0.05),内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 HANS仪经皮穴位电刺激及补佳乐均可以改善CC对子宫内膜血流灌注的影响从而提高子宫内膜容受性,进而提高妊娠率。Objective To observe the effect of HANS acupoint nerve stimulator on the endometrial receptivity with infertility.Methods 93 patients with infertility caused by ovulatory dysfunction were randomly divided into 3 groups.28 cases in the HANS group,37cases in the control group and 28 cases in the blank group.All the patients adopted CC(5days)as induction protocol of ovulation.Compare the endometrial blood flow parameters value PI(pulsations index),RI(resistance index),S/D(systolic and diastolic speed ratio),endometrial thickness,endometrial type on the HCG day and pregnancy rate.Results(1)The endometrial blood flow parameters value in HANS group was less than that in control and blank group.That in control group.was less than blank group(P<0.05);(2)The endometrial thickness in HANS group and control group were thicker than blank group(P<0.05);(3)The rates of type A endometrium and pregnancy in HANS group were higher than control group and blank group(P<0.05),while the difference between control group and blank group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(4)The endometria l blood flow parameters value in the pregnant patients was less than non-pregnant patients(P<0.05),the rate of type A endometrium in the pregnant patients was higher than non-pregnant patients(73.33%vs 44.87%,P<0.05),while the difference of the endometrial thickness between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion HANS acupoint nerve stimulator and Progynova could improve the endometrial blood perfusion affected by CC and the endometrial receptivity,and then raise the rate of pregnancy.
