甲硝唑凝胶联合妇科流体敷料治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究甲硝唑凝胶联合锦露?妇科流体敷料治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗细菌性阴道炎提供新思路。方法 选取100例细菌性阴道炎的患者,按随机数字法分为对照组与治疗组。对照组50例患者采取甲硝唑凝胶联合2%～3%碳酸氢钠溶液清洗外阴治疗,治疗组50例采取甲硝唑凝胶联合妇科流体敷料阴道灌洗治疗。1个疗程为2周,所有患者连续治疗3个疗程后观察治疗效果。比较治疗后两组患者的有效率、痊愈率和复发率。结果 对照组与治疗组总有效率分别为94.0%、100.0%,治疗组略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组和治疗组的痊愈率分别为74.0%、94.0%,复发率分别为27.0%、4.3%,对照组痊愈率低于治疗组,复发率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲硝唑凝胶联合妇科流体敷料治疗细菌性阴道炎可提高患者的痊愈率,降低复发,为临床上采用甲硝唑凝胶联合妇科流体敷料治疗细菌性阴道炎提供了科学理论依据。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Metronidazole gel combined with gynecological fluid dressing in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods The number of 100 case with bacterial vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In the control group who has 50 cases were treated with Metronidazole gel combined with 2%~3%bicarbonate solution to treat vulva,but treated with Metronidazole Gel combined with gynecological fluid dressing vaginal lavage in the treatment group who has 50 cases.And 2 weeks for 1 treatment courses,all patients were treated for 3 courses.The effective rate,cure rate and recurrence rate of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 94.0%and 100.0%respectively,the difference was not statistically significant in the two groups(P>0.05),but the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The cure rate of the control group and the treatment group were 74.0%and 94.0%respectively,and the recurrence rate was 20.0%and 4.0%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the control group was lower than that in the treatment group,and the recurrence rate was higher than that of the treatment group.Conclusion Metronidazole gel combined with gynecological fluid dressing can improve the cure rate and reduce the relapse rate of patients with bacterial vaginitis.And it can provides a scientific theoretical basis for the clinical use of Metronidazole gel combined with gynecological fluid dressing in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.
