同质化服务模式对血液透析护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究同质化服务模式对血液透析护理质量的影响。方法:选择于笔者所在医院进行定期血液透析患者84例为研究对象,同质化服务实施前的患者归为常规组(n=42,接受常规护理模式干预),同质化服务实施后的患者归为观察组(n=42,接受同质化服务模式干预),比较两组护理质量、舒适度及满意度。结果:观察组护理质量中病情了解、透析准备、血管穿刺、仪器设置、病情追踪、仪器撤离维度得分均显著高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适度比较中,两组轻微不适对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组中度不适、重度不适均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度(90.48%)显著高于常规组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同质化服务可有效提高血液透析护理质量,提高患者舒适度和满意度。Objective:To explore the effects of homogenization service model on the nursing quality of hemodialysis.Method:84 cases with regular hemodialysis in the hospital were selected for the study,and patients before homogenization service were classified into the routine group(n=42,given routine nursing model intervention),and patients after homogenization service were classified into the observation group(n=42,given homogenization service model intervention).The nursing quality,comfort and satisfaction were compared.Result:The scores of disease understanding,dialysis preparation,vascular puncture, instrument setting,disease tracking and instrument evacuation of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comfort comparison,there was no significant difference in the mild discomfort between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the moderate discomfort and the severe discomfort in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group(90.48%) was significantly higher than 71.43% in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Homogenization service can effectively improve the nursing quality of hemodialysis and enhance patients’ comfort and satisfaction.
