1例肝硬化大量腹水合并睾丸鞘膜积液患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的对1例肝硬化大量腹水合并睾丸鞘膜积液患者的护理体会。方法通过保持阴囊、腹股沟部位清洁干燥,采取被动体位,用55%的硫酸镁湿敷,毛巾法和乳胶手套法托垫。给予高维生素、高热量、低盐、优质植物蛋白等饮食。加强心理护理,解除患者及家属心理障碍,鼓励患者建立战胜疾病的信心等方法。结果与结论通过以上各项护理措施,患者腹水逐步消退,睾丸鞘膜积液在15天住院期间得到了有效控制,可见正确的护理至关重要。Objective To 1 case of liver cirrhosis patients with massive ascites merger hydrocele testicular nursing experience.Methods keep scrotum and groin clean and dry,use passive position,wet with 55%magnesium sulfate,use towel method and latex gloves method.Give a high-vitamin,high-calorie,low-salt,high-quality protein diet.Psychological care of patients and their families to eliminate psychological barriers,and establish the confidence to overcome the disease and other methods.Results through the above nursing measures,the patient's ascites gradually subsided,and the testicular membrane effusion was effectively controlled within 15 days of hospitalization.Conclusion In patients with massive ascites due to cirrhosis and fluid accumulation of testicular sheath,severe skin edema in scrotum is extremely easy to burst and even become infected.
