摘　　要：在数字信息化飞速发展的今天,互联网技术已经浸透了社会各个角落和人类生活群体。人,作为社会活动中最主要的构成体,已经很难独立存在于数字信息之外。自然人和法人等作为公安执法活动的客体对象,已然逐步被数字信息化浸染和渗透,“数字人”的概念已经在客观世界中形成,要想了解执法对象的信息,执法活动自然地依赖于科技信息化,且与日俱增。本文以公安执法活动对信息化依赖的发展历程为依托,结合实践中种种表象,阐述了公安执法活动对科技信息化的依赖性,对当前警察执法意识有一定的导向作用。In the rapid development of digital information technology, Internet technology has penetrated all comers of society and human life groups. People, as the most important component of social activities, have been difficult to exist independently of digital information. As the object of public security law enforcement activities, natural persons and legal persons have gradually been infiltrated and infiltrated by digital information. The concept of "digital people" has been formed in the objective world. To understand the information of law enforcement objects, law enforcement activities naturally depend on it. Informatization of science and technology is increasing with each passing day. This article relies on the development process of public security law enforcement activities on informationization dependence, and combines various manifestations in practice to expound the dependence of public security law enforcement activities on science and technology informationization, and has a certain guiding effect on the current police force's law enforcement awareness.
