CT血管成像在下肢深静脉血栓形成机械性阻塞原因诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究CT血管成像(CT Angiography,简称CTA)在下肢深静脉血栓机械性阻塞(deep venousthrombosis,DVT)原因的诊断价值。方法本院2013.3-2014.3期间收治疑似下肢深静脉血栓患者42例,首先以CTA检测,后以DSA检测,对比疾病检出差异。结果两组左、右侧髂股静脉与下腔静脉检测效果无统计学差异(P>0.05);但CTA组髂内静脉血栓机械性阻塞检出例数少于DSA组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 CT血管成像可保证下肢深静脉血栓机械性阻塞疾病检出率,效果理想。且其可经呈像观察患者血管外病变情况,分析阻塞原因,给予针对性治疗。Objective to explore the diagnostic value of CT Angiography (CTA) in mechanical obstruction of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower limbs.Methods 42 patients with suspected deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were admitted and treated in our hospital from march, 2013 to march,2014.CTA was first detected and DSA was later tested, and the differences were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the detection effect between left and right iliac vein and inferior vena cava between the two groups (P>0.05). However,the number of cases of mechanical obstruction of iliac vein thrombosis in CTA group was less than that in DSA group,and the statistical difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion CT angiography can guarantee the detection rate of mechanical obstructive disease of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,and the effect is ideal.Besides,it can observe the patient's extravascular disease,analyze the reasons of obstruction and give targeted treatment.
