摘  要:Φ4.85×100m红土镍矿焙烧窑是我厂继Φ4.6×100m焙烧窑之后成功应用于RKEF工艺冶炼镍铁行业中的又一大型回转设备。其依托于沈阳铝镁设计研究院的技术,结合我厂多年积累的设计与制造经验,进行开发制造了八条焙烧窑,其在山东鑫海科技股份有限公司稳定运行并投产。现为金川集团工程建设有限公司印尼项目优化设计并制造四台同规格焙烧窑。The laterite nickel ore roasting kiln of Φ4.85×100m is another large-scale rotary equipment that successfully applied to the RKEF process smelting ferronickel industry,after the Φ4.6×100m roasting kiln. It relies on the technology of Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Design and Research Institute,combined with the design and manufacturing experience by our factory. Based on that,developing and manufacturing eight roasting kiln,which has been operated in Shandong Xinhai Technology Co.,Ltd. Currently,the four roasting kiln of the same specification are designed and manufacturered f1or the Indonesian project of Jinchuan Group Engineering Construction Co.,Ltd.
