B超引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞对上臂手术的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨B超引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞对上臂手术的麻醉效果。方法 选取我院60例行单侧上臂手术患者按照数字随机分成2组,对照组30例,采用传统臂丛神经阻滞麻醉;观察组30例,采用超声引导下锁骨上入路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉。记录两组患者的末梢神经阻滞时间、并发症发生情况,并进行麻醉效果评价。结果 观察组麻醉效果优良率为100.00%,对照组为76.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组末梢神经阻滞起效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞对上臂手术的麻醉效果好且安全性高。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of supraclavicular brachial plexus block guided by B-mode ultrasonography in upper arm surgery.Methods 60 patients undergoing unilateral upper arm surgery were randomly divided into two groups according to the number,30 cases in control group,the cases were anesthetized with conventional brachial plexus blockk;30 cases in the observation group,the cases were anesthetized by ultrasound-guided supraclavicular approach with brachial plexus block.Peripheral nerve block time was recorded in both groups,Complications and the effect of anesthesia was evaluated.Result The excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect in observation group was 100.00%.The control group was 76.67%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The onset time of peripheral nerve block in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supraclavicular brachial plexus block guided by B-mode ultrasonography is effective and safe for upper arm surgery.
