血液检验用于风湿病患者的临床作用探讨

摘　　要：目的研究分析对风湿病患者施予血液检验的价值及效果。方法回顾性分析本院2015年5月～2018年5月收治的44例风湿病患者的资料,将其作为A组,另外健康体检者44例作为B组,两组都施予血液检验,观察比较其结果。结果 A组患者的监测相关指标都大于B组,两组比较有明显的差异,P<0.05;A组患者的红细胞压积(PCV)对比B组,两组比较没有明显的差异,P>0.05。结论血液检验成果指出了,风湿病患者的很多指标都与健康体检者间具备过多的差别,血液检验能够对风湿病患者施予诊断给予参照,增强诊断的精准性。Objective To study and analyze the value and effect of blood test on rheumatic patients. Methods The data of 44 rheumatic patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were taken a As group,and 44 healthy people as B group.Both groups were given blood tests to observe and compare the results.Results The monitoring indicators of patients in A group were all higher than those in B group,and there were significant differences between the two groups,P<0.05.The erythrocyte volume (PCV) of patients in A group was compared with B group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Blood test results indicate that there are too many differences between many indicators of rheumatic patients and health checkers.Blood test can provide reference for the diagnosis of rheumatic patients and enhance the accuracy of diagnosis.
