摘　　要：目的探究采用接骨七厘胶囊联合腰椎间关节阻滞治疗腰椎小关节紊乱的效果。方法选择四川绵阳四0四医院疼痛科收治的腰椎小关节紊乱患者128例开展研究随机地将患者分别纳入观察组、对照组,组员各64例,给予对照组腰椎间关节阻滞治疗,治疗组加用接骨七厘胶囊,统计两组治疗前后临床各项症状评分变化,评价患者疗效。结果观察组各项症状积分降低幅度远超对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在运用腰椎间关节阻滞治疗腰椎小关节紊乱的同时加用接骨七厘胶囊,能够有效减轻患者症状,提升治愈率及疗效。Objective To explore the effect of seven bone capsules combined with lumbar intervertebral joint block in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder.MethodA Total of 128 patients with lumbar facet joint disorder admitted to the Pain Department of Mianyang No.404 Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 64 patients in each group.There were 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar intervertebral joint block.The treatment group added seven capsules of bone setting.The clinical symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Evaluate the curative effect of the patients.Result The scores of symptom scores in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group.P<0.05.Conclusion The use of lumbar intervertebral joint block in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder plus bone setting seven capsules.It can effectively relieve symptoms of patients.Improve the cure rate and curative effect.
