预见性护理在急诊科脑卒中患者的应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对比在急诊中应用预见性护理对脑卒患者所具有的应用效果及低治疗效果所具有的影响。方法随机选取2016年12月～2018年9月期间本院急诊科收治的脑卒中患者86例,按数字表法分组结果将其分为对照组、研究组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用预见性护理,对比两组患者预后治疗指标、护理不良事件发生情况。结果经预见性护理后,研究组各项预后治疗指标均具有显著优势,P<0.05;且研究组各类不良护理事件的发生率较低,P<0.05。结论对急诊科室收治的脑卒中患者予以预见性护理可通过护理有效提升治疗效果,缩短入院治疗时间,并降低不良事件与患者死亡发生风险,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To observe and compare the Application and Curative Effect Observation of Predictive Nursing in Stroke Patients in Emergency Department.Methods Selected 86 stroke cases which admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from December 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)and the research group(43 cases).The control group used routine nursing and the research group used predictive nursing to compare the prognosis treatment indicators,the occurrence of nursing adverse events and the improvement of neurological impairment in the two groups.Results After predictive nursing,the prognostic treatment indicators of the study group had significant advantages,P<0.05.And the incidence of various adverse care events was low.<0.05.Conclusion Predictive nursing for stroke patients admitted to the emergency department can effectively improve the treatment effect,shorten the time of admission treatment,and reduce the risk of adverse events and death of patients,which has high clinical application value.
