摘　　要：目的观察长时程亚低温疗法对重度颅脑损伤患者的脑保护效果,探讨亚低温疗法的最佳治疗时程。方法采取分组形式研究对象为入院治疗的90例重型颅脑损伤患者。结果从神经功能预后评估情况来看,长时程亚低温疗法在治疗重症颅脑损伤患者疗效优于短时程亚低温疗法。Objective To To observe the protective effect of long-term mild hypothermia therapy on the brain of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and to explore the optimal treatment duration of mild hypothermia therapy.Methods 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided into groups.Results showed that the long-term mild hypothermia therapy was better than the short-term mild hypothermia therapy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.
