针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛1例

摘　　要：原发性面肌痉挛症状表现为面神经支配的肌肉呈无痛性、发作性和阵挛性收缩,可由眼轮匝肌波及口轮匝肌,甚至同侧颈阔肌和整个面肌,对患者工作和生活带来严重影响。我科近来针灸治疗1例原发性面肌痉挛的患者,报道如下。The symptoms of hemifacial spasm are asymptomatic, paroxysmal and clonic contractions of the facial nerve dominant muscles. The contraction affects the orbicularis oculi muscle spread to orbicular muscle of mouth and even the platysma muscle and the entire facial muscle.Primary facial spasm could have a serious impact on patients' work and life.We had recently cured one patient of primary facial spasm,reports are as followed.
