麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛68例临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年7月～2018年7月经昌邑市人民医院门诊或病房治疗的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者136例作为研究对象,均符合不稳定型心绞痛的诊断标准,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,各68例。观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果治疗组和对照组的临床疗效分别为88.2%、75.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果明确,安全有效。Objective To study the effection of r Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.Methods Patients was decided to two grapes,control group(n=68)and treatment group(n=68).Results The effection of treatment group and control group were 88.2%and 75.0%.They were found marked difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Shexiang Baoxin Pill may play important role in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.
