浅谈降低热回收焦炉吨焦耗煤的改进措施

摘　　要：分析了某焦化企业清洁型热回收焦炉吨焦耗煤现状,结合生产过程,得出了热回收焦炉的工艺特点、炉门的密封性、顶炉的配风情况等,均影响吨焦耗煤,提出了焦饼铺灰、增设配风口、对炉体空隙进行灌浆保温等解决办法,通过在实际生产中的应用,达到了提高焦炭产量,提升经营水平的目的。The factors affecting the coal consumption of a coking enterprise are analyzed,including the technological characteristics of the heat recovery coke furnace,the sealing of the furnace door,the distribution of air at the top of the furnace,and so on.The ash laying of the coke cake and the configuration of the air distribution are put forward.Through the application of grouting to the gap of furnace and heat-insulation,the purpose of increasing coke output and raising management level has been achieved.
