脑梗塞患者中行早期康复护理的效果探究

摘　　要：目的分析早期康复护理参与脑梗塞患者的护理过程时存在的疗效。方法将2016年3月～2017年3月作为观察区间,从该时间段当中拣选我院200例参与常规护理的脑梗患者规定为常规组,同时拣选200例常规护理基础上实施早期康复护理的脑梗患者作为观察组,从住院到出院延续追踪护理3个月后随访统计患者护理有效的几率以及(SAS、SDS)的改善效果,随访护理过程中患者对护理满度的问卷调查表,统计两组患者的护理满意度。结果发现脑梗塞患者行早期康复护理后,观察组患者能够(自行进食、行为自主、搀扶行走)的肢体恢复有效几率为97.5%,高于常规组患者的87.5%;护理3月后随访调查得知,观察组患者(SAS、SDS)评分较常规组患者优;观察组患者对护理过程表示满意的人数为195例,其满意度为97.5%,明显优于常规组患者89%,P<0.05。结论早期康复护理参与脑梗的治疗过程,效果明显。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the nursing process of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,200 patients with cerebral infarction who participated in routine nursing in our hospital were selected as the routine group.At the same time,200 patients with cerebral infarction who received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing were selected as the observation group.Follow-up was conducted after 3 months from hospitalization to discharge.The probability of effective nursing care and the improvement effect(SAS,SDS)of patients were counted.Questionnaire of patients'nursing fullness in the course of follow-up nursing was conducted and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was counted.Results After early rehabilitation nursing,the effective rate of limb recovery of patients in observation group was 97.5%,higher than 87.5%of patients in conventional group.Follow-up survey after 3 months showed that the scores of patients in observation group(SAS,SDS)were better than those in conventional group.The number of patients who expressed satisfaction with the nursing process was 195,and the satisfaction rate was 97.5%,which was significantly better than that of the routine group(89%,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
