降钙素联合骨化三醇治疗SHPT合并高钙血症1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：目的观察骨化三醇联合降钙素治疗继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT,Secondary hyperparathyroidism)合并高钙血症的治疗效果,探讨该治疗方案的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院肾内科收治的1例SHPT伴高钙血症患者经骨化三醇联合降钙素治疗的过程,观察其疗效及不良反应,并复习有关文献。结果患者经治疗后血钙水平降至正常、甲状旁腺激素有所下降,骨痛、皮肤瘙痒等症状明显缓解。结论骨化三醇联合降钙素是治疗慢性肾脏病患者SHPT合并高钙血症的一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the effect of calcitonin combined with calcitriol in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism complicated with hypercalcemia and explore the feasibility of the treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of the treatment of SHPT with hypercalcaemia treated with calcitonin and calcitriol in our department of nephrology.To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions,and review the literature. Results Patients after treatment serum calcium levels will be normal and parathytoid hormone decreased,bone pain and skin itching and other symptoms eased significantly.Conclusion Calcitriol combined with calcitonin is a safe and effective treatment for patients with chronic kidney disease SHPT complicated with hypercalcemia.
