和血明目片治疗翼状胬肉自体干细胞移植术后球结膜下出血

摘　　要：目的观察和血明目片治疗翼状胬肉自体干细胞移植术后球结膜下出血的临床疗效,寻求缩短球结膜下出血病程、提高疗效的治疗方法。方法将术后结膜下出血的40例40眼患者随机分成两组,和血明目片组(20例20眼):口服和血明目片5片,每日3次;维生素C组(20例20眼):口服维生素C 0.1 g每日3次,并进行临床观察。结果观察术后第7d球结膜下出血的A级吸收率治疗组为85%(16/20),对照组为63%(12/20),结果显示治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有显著性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后第2周进行复查,治疗组球结膜下出血基本全部吸收;观察组有16例球结膜下出血基本全部吸收。结论和血明目片治疗翼状胬肉自体干细胞移植术后球结膜下出血疗效显著,可明显缩短病程,安全可靠,值得在临床应用中推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hexuemingmu tablets for the treatment of subconjunctival hemorrhage caused by pterygium resection combined with autologous cornel limbal stem cell transplantation. treatment which can shorten the course of disease and improve the efficacy.Methods 40 patients(40 eyes) randomly received Hexuemingmu tablets(n=20) or Vitamin C(n=20).Patients were treated with Hexuemingmu 5 tablets or Vitamin C 0.1g,3 times a day .They were clinical observed.Results After 7 days among 20 patients treated with Hexuemingmu tablets 16 patients ( 16/20) got Level A of therapeutic effect.While in Vitamin C 12 patients (12/20)got Level A of therapeutic effect.There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Hexuemingmu tablets for the treatment of subconjunctival hemorrhage caused by pterygium resection combined with autologous cornel limbal stem cell transplantation is effective and safe. And worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
