摘　　要：针对某地温室群环境参数调控水平落后、自动化程度低、物理位置分散、无法集中集控等问题,设计了一套基于PLC和ZigBee无线网络的温室群集控系统,实现了温室群环境参数的自动调控和集中监测管理。介绍了温室群集控系统架构、硬件组态以及通过PLC自由口和ZigBee进行无线扩展的软件实现原理和方法,并给出部分软件的编程实现。调试和现场应用结果表明:该系统设计合理、数据传输可靠,各项监控功能正常,可满足设施农业温室群的集中控制要求,提高了生产效率,也为提高设施农业的生产管理水平和发展智慧农业提供了参考和借鉴。A greenhouse cluster control system based on PLC and ZigBee wireless network was designed to solve the problems of environmental parameter adjustment of a certain greenhouse group, such as backwardness, low automation, scattered physical location and centralized control, thus realizing automatic regulation and centralized monitoring management. This paper details the architecture and hardware configuration of the greenhouse cluster control system, and the software implementation principles and methods for wireless expansion through PLC free port and ZigBee, and gives some software programming. The commissioning and on-site application show that the system is reasonable in design, reliable in data transmission, normal monitoring functions, meeting the centralized control requirements of the facility agricultural greenhouses, improving production efficiency, and improving the production management level of facility agriculture and developing smart agriculture.
