摘  要:温度控制在自动化领域中的应用越来越广泛,传统的温度控制方法由于自身的局限性已经不能满足要求,智能化多路温度控制模块的应用成为必然。以模块式温度控制器为核心设计的温度控制系统可以同时支持8个通道的温控,且8组温控独立运行。系统采用RS-485通讯方式,实现了与人机界面的实时数据交换。该系统已成功运用到太阳能电池组件生产中。The application of temperature control in the field of automation is becoming more and more extensive. The traditional temperature control method has been unable to meet the requirements because of its own limitations,and the application of intelligent multi-channel temperature control module is inevitable. The temperature control system designed with modular temperature controller can support 8 channels of temperature control at the same time,and independent of temperature control.The system supports RS-485 communication. Real time data exchange with human interface is realized.The system has been successfully applied to the production of solar cell modules.
