摘 要:以双级闭式斜齿轮为研究对象,以独立的模数、齿数、传动比和螺旋角为设计变量,确定设计变量边界条件,将齿轮强度要求与不发生干涉作为约束条件,将斜齿轮传动总中心距最小作为目标函数,并结合内点惩罚函数法和MATLAB软件进行优化设计求解。与初始参数设计方案相比较,优化设计方案中各设计变量取圆整后,总传动中心距减少明显,优化设计效果较好。In this paper,the double-stage closed helical gear is taken as the research object. The independent modular modulus,gear number,gear ratio and helix angle are used as design variables to determine the boundary conditions of the design variables. The gear strength requirements and non-interference are used as constraints, the total center-to-center distance of the helical gear is used as objective function,and combined with the internal point penalty function method and MATLAB software to optimize the design solution. Compared with the initial parameter design scheme,the total drive center distance is obviously reduced and the optimal design effect is better after the design variables are rounded.
