摘 要:为解决水果高枝采摘难和水果采摘器单一采摘的问题,设计一种新型实用的剪切式木本水果采摘器。设计分线结构来达到开始工作时间稍微错开的目的。不损伤水果表皮为前提,以产生平衡剪切枝条时的力和力偶为目的,设计气囊夹持机构,并通过对不同果皮类型的水果比较分析确定一个气压中间值。该新型采摘器有效提高了对生长在高枝的木本水果采摘作业的效率,解决了多种木本水果统一采摘的问题。In order to solve the difficult problem of picking fruit for the high branch and picking single fruit by fruit picker, a new practical shear-type woody fruit picker is designed. A split-line structure is designed to realize that the working time is slightly staggered. On the premise of not damaging the peel, the airbag clamping mechanism is designed for balancing the force and force couple generated by the cutting branches, and an intermediate value of the air pressure is determined by comparing and analyzing the different peel-types fruits. This new type of picker effectively improves the efficiency of woody fruit picking operations in high branches and solves the problem of uniform picking for multiple woody fruits.
