摘　　要：设计了螺母类工件空间尾扣铣削机构,该装置主要由蜗轮蜗杆及凸轮机构组成,在普通设备上可实现空间曲面铣削的加工工艺。并采用轮廓3D操作实现开放区域与半封闭区域尾扣加工,并在五轴数控机床进行了加工验证。The nut thread end milling mechanism is designed. The device is mainly composed of worm gear and cam mechanism. It can realize the processing technology of space surface milling on common equipment. The thread end processing of the open area and the semi -closed area is realized by the contour 3D operation, and the machining verification is performed on the five-axis CNC machine tool.
