5226例HBsAg携带产妇血清标志物及婴儿喂养方式分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乙肝携带产妇血清标志物类别及婴儿喂养方式,为乙肝母婴传播项目开展提供依据。方法借助佛山市南海区妇幼保健信息系统收集本辖区所有助产机构分娩产妇的孕期或产时血清标志物检测结果及婴儿三个月内的喂养状况。结果 5226例HBsAg携带产妇血清标志物居于前三位的分别为(1)(4)(5)阳性64.54%,135阳性20.97%和(1)(5)阳性11.02%;HBsAg携带产妇所分娩婴儿的纯母乳喂养率为65.10%,HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性产妇的纯母乳喂养率62.31%,低于其他类别的纯母乳喂养率,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 HBsAg携带产妇血清类别HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性依然占有比较高的比例,对HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性产妇的喂养指导最好结合母亲血清或乳汁中的HBV-DNA水平进行。Objective To investigate the types of maternal serum markers and the feeding methods of infants in hepatitis B,and to provide evidence for the development of hepatitis B mother-to-child transmission project. Methods The Nanhai District Maternal and Child Health Information System of Foshan City was used to collect the test results of pregnancy or mid-term serum markers and the feeding status of infants within three months of delivery in all the midwifery institutions. Results 5226 cases of HBsAg carrying maternal serum markers in the first three were 145 positive 64.54%, 135 positive 20.97% and 15 positive 11.02%;HBsAg carrying maternal delivery of infants with exclusive breastfeeding rate of 65.10%.The exclusive breastfeeding rate of HBsAg and HBeAg double positive women was 62.31%,which was lower than that of other types of exclusive breastfeeding. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion HBsAg carries the maternal serum category HBsAg and HBeAg double positive still have a comparison In high proportions, feeding guidelines for HBsAg and HBeAg double-positive women are best combined with HBV-DNA levels in maternal serum or milk.
