锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨桡骨远端不稳定性骨折应用锁定加压接骨板治疗疗效。方法选取2015年6月～2018年6月本院收治桡骨远端骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例,对照组用传统治疗,治疗组用锁定加压接骨板治疗,分析临床指标、腕关节功能、并发症发生率。结果临床指标、并发症发生率较于对照组,治疗组较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);相较于对照组,腕关节功能治疗组较优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者应用锁定加压接骨板治疗,既可促使腕关节功能尽快康复,又可改善临床指标、减少并发症发生概率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of locking compression plate in treatment of unstable fracture of distal radius. Methods 60 patients with distal radius fractureswho were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018were selected.According to the computerized randomization method,they were divided into the control groups and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional treatment while the treatment group was treated with locking compression plate.Clinical indexes,wrist functionand complication rate were analyzed. Results Clinical indexes and incidence of complications in the treatment groupwere lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the wrist function of the treatment group was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with unstable fractures of the distal radius,locking compression plate can not only improve the function of wrist joints as soon as possible,but also improve clinical indexes and reduce the probability of complications.It hasrelatively high clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion.
