摘 要:随着我国地铁建设的日益推进,跨江越海等地质条件复杂的工程越来越多。冻结法因适应性强等优点,广泛应用于地铁联络通道施工中;但现阶段冻结法施工仍然存在数据监测、风险预警不及时,施工信息化程度低等问题,致使冻结法施工事故时有发生,造成人员伤亡与财产损失。基于此,提出一种集成BIM与IOT技术冻结法施工实时控制系统框架,应用IOT技术来完成冻结法施工温度、应变等参数的实时、动态采集和传输,应用BIM技术来完成冻结法施工状态、空间信息可视化呈现,有助于解决冻结法施工数据监测不及时、风险预警滞后等问题,最终实现冻结法施工实时控制,避免冻结法施工事故发生。With the metro construction carrying forward day by day in China,more and more projects with complicated geological conditions such as crossing rivers and seas will be built.Due to the high suitability and other advantages,the freezing method would be widely used in the construction of connected aisle in metro tunnel.However,the construction by the freezing method at present stage still has many problems,such as not timely in the data monitoring and risk warning,low level of construction informatization,and so on.These would cause some accidents in construction by the freezing method,and cause the personnel casualties and the property damage.Based on the circumstances,a real time control system framework of the construction by the freezing method with integrated BIM and IOT technology was put forward.The IOT technology could be applied in the real time and dynamic collecting and transporting the temperature,strain and other parameters of the construction by the freezing method.The BIM technology could be applied to appear the state and space information visualization of the construction by the freezing method,and these could promote to solve the no timely in data monitoring,risk warning delay and other problems of the construction by the freezing method.The real time control of the construction by the freezing method was finally realized and could avoid the accidents occurred in the construction.
