摘 要:中国人为活动汞排放量达500 t/年~700 t/年,略大于我国地表自然源年均汞排放量,导致了总汞及其形态分析在分析检测领域的巨大需求。该文介绍近年来汞形态分析的前处理方法和仪器分析方法,概述前人利用这些方法进行的生物样品分析及其研究成果,展望汞形态分析的分析方法和仪器方法的研究及应用前景,预测汞形态分析的方法和设备将会向快速、小型化、便携、可移动等方向发展,拟为分析化学等相关领域的科学研究提供方法学上的参考依据。Mercury emissions motivated by human activities can reach to 500-700 tons per year, it is large than the annual mercury emissions from surface natural sources, which reflecting a huge market demand only for the detection of total mercury and mercury species. The pretreatment methods and instrumental analysis methods of mercury speciation analysis in recent years were introduced, the analysis of biological samples by these methods and relative research results were summerized, and the research and application prospects of mercury speciation analysis methods and instrumental analysis methods were prospected. It was predicted that rapid, miniaturization, portability, and mobility would be the developmental direction of mercury speciation analysis methods and the relative apparatus. It was proposed to be provide a methodological reference for scientific research in related fields such as analytical chemistry.
