摘 要:通过对无机高分子絮凝剂以及有机高分子絮凝剂进行研究分析,调制了一种新型的絮凝剂-离子型聚丙烯酰胺和金属离子复合絮凝剂。将不同絮凝剂的絮凝特性进行对比,得出金属离子含量对絮凝指数的影响。以高岭土为模拟体系,利用不同浓度的絮凝剂对高岭土进行悬浮处理,通过聚丙烯酰胺的投量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度等进行对比分析,可知絮凝剂分子达到300万以上,对高领土污水的絮凝效果较为理想。实验结果表明,所调制的离子型聚丙烯酰胺和金属离子复合絮凝剂效果显著,成本低廉,使用范围广泛。Through the research and analysis of inorganic polymer flocculant and organic polymer flocculant, a new type of flocculant-ionic polyacrylamide and metal ion composite flocculant was prepared. By comparing the flocculation characteristics of different flocculants, the influence of the metal ion content on the flocculation index was pointed out. Kaolin was used as the simulation system. The kaolin was suspended by different concentrations of flocculant. The comparison of the dosage of polyacrylamide, stirring time and stirring speed showed that the flocculant molecules reached more than 3 million. The flocculation effect is ideal. The experimental results show that the prepared ionic polyacrylamide and metal ion composite flocculant have remarkable effects, low cost and wide application range.
