摘　　要：痔是临床上最常见的一种疾病。近年来,随着对痔发病机制认识的不断深入,痔的外科治疗理念和方法都发生了明显变化,特别是精准微创外科治疗在临床上得到了广泛应用。结合这一现实特点,通过查阅近年来国内外文献资料,就痔的微创治疗进展情况进行如下综述。Hemorrhoids is the most common clinical disease.In recent years,with the deeply understanding of the pathogenesis of hemorrhoids,the surgical treatment of hemorrhoids has undergone a marked change in concept and method.In particular,with the development of precision minimally invasive surgery,minimally invasive surgical treatment of hemorrhoids has been successful and extensive applied in the clinical.According to the characteristics of this reality ,the progress of minimally invasive surgical treatment of hemorrhoids has been reviewed through the review of domestic and foreign literature in recent years.
