摘　　要：通过相关文献和资料的查阅,对草海的基本情况、湿地和生态效益补偿制度进行概述和定义,分析了建立草海湿地生态效益补偿制度的必要性与可行性,并对建立草海生态效益补偿制度提出建议。Through consulting relevant literature and information, the basic situation of Caohai wetland and ecological benefit compensation system were summarized and defined.The necessity and feasibility of establishing compensation system for ecological benefits of Caohai wetland were analyzed, and suggestions on the establishing compensation system for ecological benefits of Caohai wetland were put forward.
