摘 要:为了有效提高打牛厂煤矿抽采的低浓度瓦斯利用率,提升瓦斯发电站经济效益,基于西门子S7-1200PLC控制系统,研发出高低浓度瓦斯智能混配系统。介绍了高低浓度瓦斯智能混配系统的主要功能及其结构组成,以及智能混配系统的关键技术设备和工艺控制原理。智能混配系统通过自动监测、分析高低浓度瓦斯的流量、压力、浓度等主要参数的变化规律,自动调节低浓度瓦斯混配量。应用结果表明:该智能混配系统混配的瓦斯浓度均匀稳定,瓦斯发电机组运行高效可靠,同时压力保护装置不会造成瓦斯抽采泵"憋压",对瓦斯抽采泵站安全运行无影响。In order to effectively improve utilization of low concentration gas in Daniuchang Coal Mine and improve the economic benefits of gas power stations,based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC control system,an intelligent mixing system of high and low concentration gas was developed,the main function,structure,key technical equipment and process control principle of it were introduced. The intelligent mixing system can automatically adjust the mixing amount of low concentration gas by automatically monitoring and analyzing the change rules of flow,pressure,concentration and other main parameters of low-concentration gas. The application results show that the gas concentration of the intelligent mixing system is uniform and stable,and the gas generator set operates efficiently and reliably,at the same time,the pressure protection device will not cause the gas extraction pump to"suppress"and has no influence on the safe operation of the gas extraction pump station.
