摘 要:聚焦18个"一带一路"中国境内沿线省区市,从创新能力、绩效产出、基础条件等方面构建智能制造能力综合评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法剖析研发投入、成果产出、新产品开发、互联网和基础设施等影响智能制造能力的主要因素,提出推进科研、信息、物流等智能化核心要素建设,加快推进智能制造产业园区建设,培育"一带一路"沿线省区市的产业梯次,支持产业集群化发展等进一步提升智能制造发展水平的具体对策与建议。With the 18 provinces and municipalities along the Belt and Road area in China,the paper aims to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of intelligent manufacturing capability from the perspectives of innovation,performance output and basic conditions. Factor analysis is used to analyze the main factors affecting the capability of intelligent manufacturing,such as R&D input,product output,new product development,Internet and infrastructure. On the basis the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the development in intelligent manufacturing industry,such as promoting the construction of intelligent core elements of scientific research,information and logistics,accelerating the construction of intelligent manufacturing industrial parks,cultivating industrial ladders of provinces and municipalities along the Belt and Road and supporting the development of industrial clusters.
