摘　　要：文章主要研究LF钢包精炼炉炉盖升降系统链条断损问题,通过研究排除了升降链条过载及链条质量问题造成链条断损的原因,而是由于链轮设计不合理造成的,并有针对性的提出了解决方案。从而使精炼炉炉盖升降系统链条断损这一问题得到了解决。In this paper, the problem of chain breakage in the lifting system of LF ladle refining furnace cover is studied. Through the study, the causes of chain breakage caused by chain overload and chain quality problems are eliminated, but due to the unreasonable design of sprocketand the targeted solutions are put forward. Thus, the problem of chain breakage of the lifting system of the refining furnace cover has been solved.
