摘 要:建立了数值仿真模型,计算了电容器组电源不同充电电压下感应电流欧姆热引起的温升,搭建了实验平台,测量了电磁场作用下温度计的示数突变,排除了线圈焦耳热的影响,分析了电磁力和感应热的作用规律。结果表明,感应电流欧姆热作用引起的温升较小,可忽略其对液态金属流动的影响;在电磁压力差作用下,水银发生流动,其变形量随充电电压增大而增大。A numerical simulation model was established, and the temperature rise caused by ohmic heat of induction current under different charging voltage of capacitor bank power supply was calculated, and an experimental platform was built to measure the sudden change of thermometer under electromagnetic field. The effect of Joule heat of coil was eliminated;the law of action of electromagnetic force and induction heat was analyzed. The results show that the temperature rise caused by ohmic heating of induction current is small, and its effect on the deformation of liquid metal can be neglected. Under the action of electromagnetic pressure difference, mercury flows and its deformation increases with the increase of charging voltage.
