摘  要:采用加速老化法开展了发烟弹弹体密封性和装药的老化试验,以气密性检查作为弹体密封性评判标准,以磷含量作为装药的老化指标;研究结果表明:发烟弹的战斗部装药是受温度单环境应力影响,外界的潮湿空气对战斗部装药无影响;随着老化时间的延长和老化温度的升高,发烟弹装药磷含量呈降低的趋势,获得在热加速老化条件下发烟弹装药以磷含量为老化性能评定参数的老化动力学方程式为y(T,t)=0. 798 8×e^([-24. 363 8×e^((-4741. 3/T))×t])。The aging test of seal and charge of smoke bomb body was carried out by accelerated aging method. Air tightness inspection was used as the seal evaluation standard. The phosphorus content was used as the aging index of the charge. The results show that the cigarette charge is affected by the temperature single environmental stress, and the external humid air has no effect on the warhead charge. As the aging time increases and the aging temperature increases, the phosphorus content decreases. The aging kinetic equation of the smoked charge under the condition of thermal accelerated aging with the phosphorus content as the aging performance evaluation parameter is y(T,t)=0.798 8× e [-24.363 8× e (-4741.3/T)×t].
