摘  要:针对某多金属矿的特点,结合生产工艺,开展尼尔森重选条件试验,考查给矿速度等工艺参数对选金指标的影响,并在此基础上进行了尼尔森重选的扩大试验,获得精矿含金251.30 g/t,回收率53.70%,尼尔森重选精矿经摇床再次富集后,摇床精矿含金达1243.5 g/t。尼尔森重选产品分析结果表明:尼尔森选矿机对-0.6+0.038 mm粒级的金回收效果较好;重选金精矿中存在大量的颗粒金,粒度分布主要集中在20~100μm。引入尼尔森作业,预先回收了大部分颗粒金,减少了金在浮选作业中的损失,实现了能收早收,早收多收的目的。According to the characteristics of a polymetallic ore, combined with the production process,the Nielsen re-election conditions test was carried out to examine the influence of the feed rate and other process parameters on the gold selection index, and on this basis, comprehensive conditions test can obtain the gold concentrate which had the grade of 251.30 g/t and the recovery rate of 53.70%, reaching the grade of 1243.5 g/t after the shaker.Using Nielsen concentrator which obtain synthetic recovery of-0.6+0.038 mm gold. Nielsen concentrator, the pre-recovery of most of the particles of gold, can reduce the loss of gold in flotation operations, achieving the goal of the income received early.
