摘 要:由于粉煤灰中含有大量的无定形相玻璃体,因此可用于选矿废水COD的降解。粉煤灰改性试验结果表明在酸改性法、碱改性法和盐改性法中,酸改性粉煤灰法效果最好。酸改性法的较佳工艺参数为:硫酸浓度1.0 mol/L、液固比3:1、酸化温度50℃、酸化时间90 min。在优化工艺下制备酸改性粉煤灰,用其降解选矿废水COD,试验条件为酸改性粉煤灰20 g/L、Fe2+1.5 mmol/L、H2O2 9.5 mmol/L、反应40 min,COD去除率可达90%以上,降解后废水符合排放标准。Because fly ash contains a large number of amorphous phase vitreous, so can be used COD degradation in mineral processing wastewater. The modified test results show that among acid modified method, alkali modification method and salt modification method of fly ash, the acid modified method of fly ash is best. The optimum parameters of acid modified method are as follows: H2 SO4 1.0 mol/L, liquid-solid ratio 3:1, acidification temperature 50 ℃ and acidification time 90 min. Acid modified fly ash was prepared under the optimized process, it is used to degrade the beneficiation wastewater COD, the test conditions for degradation of mineral processing wastewater COD are as follows: modified fly ash 20 g/L, Fe2+ 1.5 mmol/L,H2 O2 9.5 mmol/L, reaction time 40 min, experiments show that the removal rate of COD can reach more than90%;the wastewater after degradation conforms to the national environmental protection emission standard.
