摘 要:为了减少汽车在详细设计或试验验证阶段出现与造型相关的碰撞安全类问题,基于安全法规及NCAP要求,结合以往车型设计经验及参考车设计亮点,在造型、总布置及详细设计阶段,分别从车身系统、外饰系统、电气系统、动力及底盘系统5个方面对涉及到影响车辆安全性能的系统提出相关设计技术要求,可以避免将车辆安全性能问题遗留到后期解决的风险。在整车设计前期,也就是造型总布置阶段进行前期安全碰撞的控制,可以降低整车开发成本,缩短开发周期。In order to reduce the crash safety problems related to vehicle styling in the detailed design or test verification stage, based on the safety regulations and NCAPs requirements, combined with previous vehicle design experience and reference vehicle design highlights, in the styling, general layout and detailed design stage, the relevant design technical requirements are respectively put forward for the systems which affect vehicle safety performance from five aspects of body system, exterior trim system, electrical system, power and chassis suspension system, which can avoid the risk of leaving vehicle safety performance problems to be solved later. In the early stage of vehicle design, that is, the stage of general layout, the control of crash safety can reduce the cost and shorten the development cycle of vehicle.
