摘 要:为了确定国Ⅵ轻型车排放污染物不确定度,根据GB 18352.6—2016《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》以及JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评价和表示》中的试验要求,对尾气排放测试系统、底盘测功机等仪器设备、环境条件、标准物质等影响测量结果的因素进行不确定度评价,通过计算合成排放污染物不确定度,表明该结果的置信范围和程度。试验结果表明,测试系统要加强管理,提高仪器设备的使用等级或校准工作中的精确度,严格控制标准物质的质量和等级,试验结果在一定置信程度下的置信范围是可以被接受的。To determine the uncertainty of emission pollutants from light vehicles (Stage 6 of China), according to the test requirements of GB 18352.6-2016 "Limits and Measurement Methods of Pollutant Emission from Light Vehicles (Stage 6 of China)" and JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Representation of Uncertainty in Measurement", the uncertainty evaluation is carried out on the factors which affect the measurement results, such as exhaust emission test system, chassis dynamometer and other instruments, environmental conditions, reference, etc. By calculating the uncertainty of synthetic emission pollutants, the confidence range and degree of the results are shown. The test results show that the test system should strengthen the management, the use level of instruments and equipments or the accuracy of calibration work should be improved, the quality and grade of reference materials should be strictly controlled. The confidence range of test results under a certain degree of confidence is acceptable.
