摘  要:针对现有稠油油藏热利用率计算方法所得结果普遍偏低的问题,在分析油藏中汽水分布规律及热利用率与注入蒸汽干度关系的基础上,运用数值模拟方法,参考辽河油田齐40块实际生产数据,分析了含油饱和度、注采比等主控因素对油层热利用率的影响。同时,结合多层油藏蒸汽驱开发特点及各因素对热利用率所产生的影响,建立热利用率计算公式并对其进行修正,采用修正后的公式对杜229块进行针对性设计。实践结果表明:采用修正公式计算所得热利用率值较未修正值更接近生产实际;采用注汽干度为0. 8、采注比为1. 2、降注量小于15%的操控条件,能够有效保证杜229块油藏汽驱开发的经济性。该研究为改善稠油油藏蒸汽驱效果及经济性提供了技术参考。The steam-water distribution patterns and the relationship between thermal utilization factor and injected steam quality were analyzed to improve the underestimation of thermal utilization in heavy oil reservoir. Based on the production data of Block Qi40 in Liaohe Oilfield, reservoir numerical simulation was used to analyze the effects of oil saturation injection-production ratio and other key influencing factors on the thermal utilization in heavy oil reservoir. In addition, a thermal utilization factor calculation equation was established and corrected by combining with the production performance of multi-layer reservoir steam-flooding and the effects of various factors on the thermal utilization. This proposed equation was used to provide a specific design for the Block Du229. Field practice indicates that the thermal utilization factor calculated by the corrected equation is more reasonable than that of uncorrected equation. Economic development of Block Du229 with steam-flooding can be realized by a steam injection quality of 0.8, a production-injection ratio of 1.2 and an injection reduction rate of less than 15%. This research could provide certain technical reference for improving the steam-flooding performance and benefit.
