摘 要:以42CrMo钢为研究材料,在Deform-3D软件中建立了闭开联合楔横轧热-力-微观组织耦合的有限元模型.通过单因素方法,分析了轧制温度对轧件平均晶粒尺寸的影响规律.结果表明,降低轧制温度,轧件越有利于结晶,平均晶粒尺寸越小;闭式轧制后晶粒随着温度的降低整体得到细化;开式阶段晶粒随着温度的升高,平均晶粒大小变化不明显.通过金相实验与模拟对比发现,两者曲线趋势一致,误差为15%,验证了有限元模拟的可靠性.In order to ensure the mechanical properties of the closed-open cross wedge rolling products, this paper uses 42CrMo as the research material, and establishes the finite element model of the combined heat-force-micro-structure coupling with Deform-3D software. The influence of rolling temperature on the average grain size of the rolled piece was analyzed by single factor method. It was obtained that the rolling piece was more favorable for crystallization and the average grain size was smaller as the rolling temperature decreased. After closed rolling, the grain size is getting refined as the temperature decreases. In the open rolling stage, the grain size does not change significantly with the increasing of temperature. Through the comparison of metallographic experiments and simulations, the trend of the two curves is consistent with an error of 15%, which verifies the reliability of the finite element simulation.
