摘  要:基于阴阳两极阻锈剂阻锈机理,通过盐水浸渍和钢筋混凝土阻锈试验,得到阻锈效果良好的复合型阻锈剂,并通过X射线衍射技术(XRD)和电镜扫描分析技术(SEM)微观手段探讨了其作用机理.结果表明:阻锈剂单掺时,阳极型阻锈剂比阴极型阻锈剂具有更好的阻锈效果,阴阳两极阻锈剂复合掺加后可得到优于单掺的阻锈效果;磷酸盐的掺入能更好地改善亚硝酸盐在低掺量时引起的点蚀效应;磷酸氢二钠与亚硝酸钠以1:1的质量配比时,阻锈效果最好,且混凝土的密实性得到提高.By both the salt-water impregnation test and the corrosion resistance test of reinforced concrete, a composite corrosion inhibitor with good performance was obtained based on the corrosion inhibiting mechanisms of anodic and cathodic corrosion inhibitors. Results indicated that when the corrosion inhibitor was single-doped, the rust-inhibiting effect in cathodic corrosion inhibitors was weaker than that of the anode corrosion inhibitors. Moreover, composite corrosion inhibitor had better rust resistance than single component corrosion inhibitor. The addition of phosphate could improve the pitting effect of nitrite at low concentration. The new composite corrosion inhibitor had great inhibiting and synergistic effect, and could improve the compactness of concrete when the mass ratio of disodium hydrogen phosphate to sodium nitrite is 1:1.
