摘 要:随着人们对游泳动作技能形成规律和学习效率的反思,发现游泳动作技能习得过程中存在着无意识学习现象,从而吸引研究者开展游泳动作技能内隐学习的研究,随着研究的不断深入,动作技能内隐学习逐渐成为研究热点。本文采用系统文献综述的方法对相关文献进行整理,发现外显与内隐两种学习类型对游泳动作技能学习具有相辅相成、相互促进的作用机制。当处于疲劳、高压或者双重任务的情境下,内隐学习比外显学习能够使游泳动作技能具有更强的自动化程度,从而说明内隐学习是促进游泳动作技能形成与提升的一种有效的学习方法。With reconsideration on the acquisition and learning efficiency of basic swimming skills,it is found that there is a phenomenon of implicit learning in the process of swimming movement skill formation,which has promoted the majority of researchers make the further study on swimming movement skills. The study of implicit learning is carried out,so the implicit learning of swimming movement skills has gradually become a hot issue. In this paper,systematic review is used to sort out related literatures,and there is a mutual complementarity and mutual promotion relationship between implicit learning and explicit learning. In the environment of fatigue,high pressure or dual task,implicit learning makes the swimming movement skill more automatic than the explicit learning,which indicates that implicit learning is an effective way in the promotion and formation of swimming movement skills.
