重组干扰素栓、胸腺肽α1在高危宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨重组干扰素栓联合注射用胸腺肽α1对高位宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的临床疗效及病毒转阴率的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月湖北孝感市中心医院收治的124例高危宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者作为研究对象。随机分成两组,对照组应用重组干扰素栓治疗,研究组联合应用重组干扰素栓和胸腺肽α1,对比两组患者的疗效、病毒转阴情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果对比疗效,研究组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不同时间段研究组的病毒转阴率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高位宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者应用重组干扰素栓联合胸腺肽α1进行治疗,可显著提高治疗有效率,改善患者病毒感染状况,加强自身免疫,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant interferon suppository combined with thymus peptide α1 on patients with high-risk HPV infection and its effect on virus negative conversion ratio. Methods 124 patients admitted to our hospital due to high-risk HPV infection from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given recombinant interferon suppository treatment, and patients in the study group were given recombinant interferon suppository combined with thymus peptide α1. The curative effect, virus negative conversion ratio and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05). After treatment, the virus negative conversion rate in different time period of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusions The application of recombinant interferon suppository combined with thymus peptide α1 for treatment of patients with high-risk HPV infection can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, the virus infection condition and autoimmunity of patients, which is safe and reliable and worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
