苄星青霉素与普鲁卡因青霉素治疗妊娠梅毒的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较苄星青霉素与普鲁卡因青霉素治疗妊娠梅毒的效果。方法随机选取2012年5月至2017年5月榆林市第一医院诊治的60例妊娠梅毒患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法将其分为苄星青霉素组和普鲁卡因青霉素组,每组30例患者。苄星青霉素组患者接受苄星青霉素治疗,普鲁卡因青霉素组患者接受普鲁卡因青霉素治疗,然后对两组患者的临床疗效、不良妊娠结局、正常出生、梅毒垂直传播有效阻断情况进行统计分析。结果两组患者治疗的总有效率分别为83.3%(25/30)、76.7%(23/30),其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的不良妊娠结局发生率分别为26.7%(8/30)和26.7%(8/30),其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的正常出生率、梅毒垂直传播有效阻断率分别为83.3%(25/30)、86.7%(26/30)和76.7%(23/30)、83.3%(25/30),其差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论苄星青霉素与普鲁卡因青霉素治疗妊娠梅毒的效果相当。Objective To compare the effects of benzyl penicillin and procaine penicillin in the treatment of pregnancy syphilis. Methods 60 pregnant women with pregnancy syphilis from May 2012 to May 2017 in Yulin First Hospital were randomly selected and divided into benzyl penicillin group(n=30) and procaine penicillin group(n=30) according to the treatment methods received The benzyl penicillin group was treated with benzyl penicillin, while the penicillin procaine group was treated with procaine penicillin. The clinical curative effects, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and normal birth, effectively blocking vertical transmission of syphilis in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the two groups was 83.3%(25/30) and 76.7%(23/30) respectively, without statistically significant differences(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the two groups was 26.7%(8/30) and 26.7%(8/30) respectively, without statistically significant differences(P>0.05). The differences in the normal birth rates and effectively blocking rate of vertical transmission of syphilis between the two groups were not statistically significant [83.3%(25/30), 86.7%(26/30) vs 76.7%(23/30) and 83.3%(25/30)](all P>0.05). Conclusions Benzyl penicillin and procaine penicillin is of comparable effect in the treatment of pregnancy syphilis.
